 Are you aware of your products' content?  Are those contents natural?

We are not only exposed to products used during a massage but also in all areas of our lives such as hand soap, deodorant, shampoo, body washes, body lotions, and facial cosmetics. It is important to become aware of labels. If you cannot pronounce the ingredients it is usually not good for your body or health. PEG, PG, Parabens, TEA, Urea are to name a few that are found in many products.

Since the skin is our largest body organ we are absorbing these chemicals and the liver can only detox so much without becoming overloaded. Stop and become aware of your exposure to chemicals as we have our hands in these products on a daily basis.
